Subject: Seeking certified information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding fraudulent sale of GPA/leasehold/freehold property by relatives and property dealers, causing multiple litigations and harassment.

Background:
I, Mr. Rohit Khanna, am the unmarried son of Late Sh. Suresh Khanna, who retired as a Government servant. Our family owned property at B-142, Gulmohar Park, Hauz Khas. After my father’s death, my uncles, in collusion with certain property dealers, executed fraudulent GPA/Agreement-to-Sell transactions and attempted to convert leasehold property into freehold without my consent. They misused their influence with advocates and misrepresented facts before SDM, DDA, and local police. I was dragged into multiple litigations both as defendant and complainant (probation–reprobation type). I seek detailed information as per RTI Act.

  1. Certified copy of all mutation records of property B-142, Gulmohar Park, Hauz Khas.
  2. Certified copy of leasehold deed originally executed by DDA/L&DO in name of my father.
  3. Certified copy of all applications filed for conversion of leasehold to freehold.
