Subject: Seeking information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding false dowry/498A/DV complaint filed against me (NRI husband) and my aged parents, with extortion attempts by wife’s family.

Background:
I, Mr. Raghav Malhotra, married Ms. Priya Sharma in January 2024 at a banquet hall in South Delhi. I have been working in Toronto, Canada since 2022. In July 2025, my wife and her family lodged a false dowry harassment and domestic violence case against me, my father (a retired government servant), and my mother (a homemaker). They demanded ₹50 lakhs to withdraw the complaint. My brother-in-law threatened my aged parents with fabricated molestation allegations. I seek complete information regarding the case from CAW Cell Amar Colony and PS Lajpat Nagar.
