Subject: Seeking information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding fraudulent partition of HUF property by uncles, misuse of legal loopholes, and harassment of unmarried son and his widowed mother.
Background:
I, Ankit Verma, am the only unmarried son of Late Sh. Harish Chandra Verma, a retired government officer. After my father’s death in December 2024, my uncles, who were already beneficiaries of government-allotted properties, colluded with property dealers and advocates to fraudulently partition our ancestral HUF property located at A-29, Saket. They attempted to deprive me and my widowed mother of our rightful share by fabricating documents, creating multiple litigations, and filing contradictory cases (probation–reprobation tactics). I seek full certified information from concerned authorities under RTI Act.
