Subject: Seeking information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding fraudulent partition of HUF property by uncles, misuse of legal loopholes, and harassment of unmarried son and his widowed mother.

Background:
I, Ankit Verma, am the only unmarried son of Late Sh. Harish Chandra Verma, a retired government officer. After my father’s death in December 2024, my uncles, who were already beneficiaries of government-allotted properties, colluded with property dealers and advocates to fraudulently partition our ancestral HUF property located at A-29, Saket. They attempted to deprive me and my widowed mother of our rightful share by fabricating documents, creating multiple litigations, and filing contradictory cases (probation–reprobation tactics). I seek full certified information from concerned authorities under RTI Act.

  1. Certified copy of HUF partition deed submitted to SDM Saket by my uncles.
  2. Certified copy of family tree affidavit filed by them.
  3. Certified copy of death certificate of my father on record with SDM office.
