Subject: Seeking information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding fraudulent sale of family property through GPA/Agreement to Sell without NOC, collusion of relatives and property dealers, and denial of rights to legal heir (unmarried son & widowed mother).
Background:
I, Anuj Bhatia, am the only unmarried son of Late Sh. Rajeev Bhatia, a retired government school teacher. My mother, Mrs. Meena Bhatia, is a widowed lady. In April 2025, we discovered that my paternal uncles, in collusion with local property dealers, fraudulently executed a GPA/Agreement to Sell of our ancestral property situated at C-27, Hauz Khas Enclave, without obtaining NOC from my mother or me, despite us being the only legal heirs in possession. Forged signatures and back-dated papers were used to create false ownership claims. When we approached PS Hauz Khas, no FIR was registered, and we were forced into multiple litigations. I seek certified copies of records and details of departmental actions in this matter.
