Subject: Seeking information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding false POCSO/molestation complaint filed by tenant’s wife against unmarried landlord’s son for extortion and property-grabbing motives.

Background:
I, Raghav Sinha, am the only unmarried son of Late Sh. Devendra Sinha, a retired government servant. In March 2025, my tenant’s wife, Mrs. Neha Sharma (resident of our rented portion at B-104, Vasant Vihar), filed a false complaint of POCSO/molestation against me at PS Vasant Vihar. The said complaint was clearly motivated to extort money and pressurize us into transferring ownership of property. The woman had earlier threatened to implicate us in false cases if we demanded rent arrears. I am seeking detailed certified information regarding investigation, CAW Cell proceedings, and police actions.
