एक fresh Karnataka High Court judgment dated 25 June 2026 — Khajasab v. The Commissioner, W.P.
A client has the right to change his advocate.
Saxena v.
यह point Delhi legal help for men लेने वाले व्यक्ति के लिए भी important है।
Next hearing
इसलिए Delhi men's legal support में एक basic rule बहुत useful है:
MenCell.

Case-specific caution: This post discusses a Karnataka High Court decision involving a particular dispute over changing counsel and access to litigation papers. The Court relied on established Supreme Court principles concerning a litigant's right to change counsel and an advocate's duty regarding the client's case papers. It does not mean that every fee dispute with an advocate constitutes misconduct, nor that legitimate professional fees need not be paid. Fee recovery and access to the litigation file are legally distinct issues.
